A Vehicle Came Through The Wall
A car struck the exterior of an occupied restaurant — through the concrete block, the sheathing, the insulation and the interior drywall, leaving the back of the kitchen open to the alley. We secured the building the same visit and had it fully rebuilt and re-textured in four days, while the restaurant kept serving.

- Secure — debris cleared, opening braced and boarded weather-tight
- Demo — fractured block cut back to sound work, rebar exposed
- Masonry — new CMU laid, cores grouted, keyed into the existing wall
- Envelope — sheathing, weather barrier and batt insulation replaced
- Interior — steel stud framing, drywall hung, floated and painted
- Stucco — scratch, brown and finish coat, textured to match
