A Vehicle Came Through The Wall

A car struck the exterior of an occupied restaurant — through the concrete block, the sheathing, the insulation and the interior drywall, leaving the back of the kitchen open to the alley. We secured the building the same visit and had it fully rebuilt and re-textured in four days, while the restaurant kept serving.

Vacant Suite To Lease-Ready

A dated suite that had been chopped up wrong for the market — an old pass-through counter, tired finishes and no clean way to split the space for a second tenant. We demised it, re-serviced it electrically and finished it out so the landlord could put it back on the market.

We Fixed The Floor First

This restaurant's slab had moved. It showed up as settlement cracks running up the sheetrock, an uneven floor under worn carpet, and storefront glass that no longer sat right in its frames. New carpet over that fails within a year — so we started at the slab and rebuilt everything on top of it.
