Parking-lot asphalt repair done right — square out, saw-cut, and infill potholes with hot asphalt for a lasting patch, not a temporary cold-mix fix. Crack fill and sealcoating to protect your lot and keep it presentable for tenants and customers. Crisp, code-compliant striping — standard stalls, ADA/accessible spaces and access aisles, fire lanes, directional arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, and curb markings. Re-striping of faded lots and full layouts for resurfaced surfaces.
Form, pour, finish, and repair — sidewalks, curbs, ramps, approaches, equipment pads, and trip-hazard remediation. Demolition and replacement of failed sections, ADA ramp corrections, and new flatwork tied cleanly into existing surfaces.
Leak detection and roof repair including TPO membrane work, flashing, and penetrations, plus roof cleaning. We coordinate the interior side too — once the roof is sealed we replace water-damaged ceiling tiles and finishes so the fix is complete, not just patched up top.
Fabrication, installation, repair, and removal of commercial signage — building and suite signs, monument and pylon panels, ADA/wayfinding, and tenant placards. Banner and coroplast signage, "No Loitering" and parking signs, and leasing signage for vacant suites.
Commercial electrical service and repair — interior and exterior lighting, parking-lot and pole lighting, ballast and LED retrofits, outlets and circuits, panels, and troubleshooting. Performed to code by qualified electricians.
Repairs and service for commercial plumbing — leaks, drains and clogs, water-intrusion source location, fixtures, water heaters, supply and drain lines, backflow, and water-treatment/softener systems. We locate the cause, not just the symptom.
Heating and cooling service, repair, and replacement for commercial and retail spaces — rooftop units, splits, thermostats, and seasonal maintenance to keep tenant spaces comfortable and equipment running efficiently.
Drywall repair and replacement — remove damaged board, hang, tape, float, texture, and paint to match. Exterior stucco crack repair, patching, and re-coating, plus masonry and block repair to keep building envelopes tight and clean.
Custom metal fabrication and on-site welding — structural steel posts and supports, railings, gates, frames, brackets, and repairs. Shoring and like-for-like replacement of rusted or failed structural members, fabricated and installed to fit.
Flooring repair and replacement — VCT and luxury vinyl tile, ceramic and floor tile, and carpet. Glass and storefront-glass replacement, board-ups, and door-glass repair to get tenant spaces back in service quickly.

Rapid response to leaks and water intrusion — water extraction, dry-out and moisture mitigation, removal of damaged materials, and full reconstruction of ceilings, walls, and finishes. We address the source and the damage together.
Vacant-suite make-readies that get spaces lease-ready — clean floors, windows, and restrooms, fill traps, verify leasing signage, and complete any punch-list repairs so a prospective tenant walks into a clean, finished space.
Full-service grounds maintenance — mowing, edging, trimming, bed maintenance, mulch, seasonal color, irrigation checks, and litter control. Recurring schedules that keep your common areas clean and curb appeal high.
